You Must Fuel Your Body!

Often times we rush from one activity to the next, only grabbing a quick bite to eat. But during rugby season we need to eat the proper foods to fuel our bodies if we want to have energy, increase stamina and strengthen muscles. Bottom line is FUEL YOUR BODY! And there is also the article, The Best Snacks To Eat After Strength Training, which lists snack to eat after light and intense strength training. But all your strength training is intense, right?
